  • Candidates 18 years of age and younger are allowed to enter the competition. (Year of birth: born in 1983 or later)

    Awards:
    1st Place: Souvenir Trophy donated by Heather Smith and $500 Prize money.
    2nd Place: Souvenir Trophy donated by Sheffield Juniors and $300 Prize money.
    3rd Place: Souvenir Trophy donated by Frederick Parnell and $150 Prize money.

  • Own choice program consisting of more than two (2) pieces of different styles and moods.
    (Playing time: max. 12 minutes)
  • It is advised to play by memory.
  • The Jury will take in to account the choice of program content.
Prizes and Awards - Junior Virtuoso Entertainment, 2001
  • All candidates shall receive a Diploma of participation
  • 1st: $500.00, 2nd: $300.00, 3rd: $150.00
  • National member associations are requested to offer concerts or a tour for the 1st Prize Winners.
  • All winners must be present in person at the awards ceremony. In case of absence, their prize may be accepted by a delegate of their country. The diploma can only be mailed by the CIA Secretary.
