 Duo Accosphere which includes Alena Budzináková (Slovakia) and Grzegorz Palus (Poland) have released their new CD “Accordion Anatomy: Mogens Ellegaard in Memoriam”.“The album reflects the effects of the aesthetic revolution of accordion music, which took place in Scandinavia in the second half of the 20th century thanks to the work of a prominent Danish accordionist, educator and promoter of accordion art – Mogens Ellegaard (1935–1995). The repertoire includes music performed by Grzegorz Palus solo, accompanied by tape, in an accordion duet (duoAccosphere) and accompanied by a string quartet (Airis String Quartet).” For details email: info@duoaccosphere.com |
