Delegates should arrange their international travel to arrive in Nadi, FIJI on Tuesday 23 January, 2007 no later than 10:00 AM. (In order to meet this deadline, this may require an overnight stay on the night before, which is the financial responsibility of the attendee, however Nagigia Island will be happy to help arrange your Hotel stay should it be necessary.)

At midday, (12:00 hours) on 23 January, we will fly from Nadi International Airport to Vunisea Airport, Kadavu Island which is near Nagigia Island. I will book the flight for everyone with SunAir. This flight is sponsored. From Vunisea Airport, we travel by small boat down the coast to Nagigia Island.

During your days at Nagigia Island, there will be social and musical activities each evening additional to CIA meetings and CIA subcommittee activities. Fijian culture is very strong in this isolated traditional village area with wonderful singing and dancing a feature of the area.

Nagigia Island Resort is also one office of Accordions Worldwide with many Internet accordion activities happening there, that you should find very interesting.

You will depart Nagigia Island, Sunday the 28th of January arriving in Nadi no later than 6:30 PM. Accommodation in Nadi may be necessary, depending upon your international flight departure time, and once again is your responsibility, however Nagigia Island Resort will be happy to assist with hotel bookings for those needing accommodation at either the beginning or end of their stay.

Nagigia Island is situated at Cape Washington and is about one (1) km off the South West tip of Kadavu Island, Fiji. Its position is virtually due south of Suva, the capital of Fiji. The map co-ordinates of Nagigia Island are 178°E 19°S and the local time is GMT plus 12 hours.
