Registration is a two step process.
1. ensuring that ATG gets a copy of your Registration Form by either printing your completed form and mailing it in, or by e-mailing your completed form.
2. ensuring your payment, by either mailing a check, or paying by credit card.
Registration Form:
Upon completion of your registration form, please make sure ATG gets a copy of your form:
- by printing your completed form (keep a copy for your records) and mailing it to:

- or click the mail icon on the top of the form, and follow the instructions to e-mail the form. The e-mail envelope icon is located on the tool bar at the top of the form..
- or save the completed form to your computer, and e-mail it as an attachment to Liz Finch at: lizeef@aol.com

Payment:

- or pay by credit card by clicking the above link. Please make a note of your grand total, as you will be asked to enter this amount when you make your online credit card payment.
