  On May 21, 2013 Accordion USA News Editor Rita Davidson from New Jersey and Asher Barnea, retired businessman from Boca Raton, were married in Florida. The internet is not only great for accordion news but is also a wonderful way for introducing people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to meet!Rita lived in New Jersey and Asher lived in Florida. They met on one of the popular Internet dating sites! And it quickly developed into a romance and now marriage! Rita recently retired from a long and distinguished career as a music teacher in the public schools where she used her accordion in the music classes every day! Rita will now be known as Rita Barnea and she will happily continue her accordion activities as Editor of the Accordion USA news, Board member of the AAA, writer, musicologist and performer/workshop presenter.
