 The National Accordion Organisation of the UK (NAO) will hold its 2020 Accordion Festival at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool from April 24th to 26th. In addition to the competitions, the event will feature CIA Qualifications for the forthcoming 73rd Coupe Mondiale (CIA) to be held in The Algarve, Portugal, and the NAO National Composers’ Competition. This competition is for accordion compositions written in any style such as Classical, Blues or Jazz style suitable for any age group but must not be arrangements of already published material. Area competitions began in late 2019 and will run until March this year, with successful competitors representing their areas at the festival.
