Accordionist and teacher, Rachel Bell has released a new video workshop “Smooth, Beautiful Tunes for Piano Accordion”. This video mini-course includes 19 videos with a total of over an hour and 15 min of instruction. There are 5 pages of sheet music/notes to accompany the videos. The tunes are simple but there's a strong emphasis placed on expanding the tunes as much as possible with lots of chordal and rhythmic variety, harmonies, improvisations, and left hand grooves. Participants can work at their own pace, skip around, review the videos as many times as they want, and use the sheet music resource pages for reinforcement. |
