 The 25th annual Cotati Accordion Festival takes place this weekend, August 22nd and 23rd, at La Plaza Park, Cotati, California. The festival features many accordion soloists and all sorts of bands and from many parts of the USA, including Cory Pesaturo, Ginny Mac, Stas Venglevski, Those Darn Accordions, The Great Margani, Motordude Zydeco, Il Sole, the Johnny Koenig Polka Band, and many more.Marion Jacobson will be speaking and signing her award-winning book about the cultural history of the accordion, ‘Squeeze This!’, on Saturday at 1.30 pm, and moderating a panel discussion on Sunday at the same time.
