 There is a concert featuring Joe Soprani at the Venice Island Performing Arts Center, Philadelphia, PA, will take place this Sunday September 20th, at 7.30pm. An interesting program is planned with the Munier Mandolin Ensemble and tenor mandolin soloist Frank Tenaglia and the Kovriga Russian Balalaika Orchestra with Joe Soprani appearing as accordion soloist.
