China Internet Advertising Surging – Chinaby Harley Jones |
In the USA Time Magazine dated March 12th 2012 there was an article: "China's advertising market is surging. The US$54 billion market grew by more than 20% from 2005 to 2010, according to ResearchInChina, a Beijing-based market-research firm. As in the USA, the Internet is by far China's fastest-growing advertising market" (also in most countries of the world - editor). "Online advertising in China spending rose 57% in 2011 and now accounts for more than 10% of China's overall ad spending, more than twice its share in 2009." It seems that Chinese businesses are rapidly realizing the importance of internet advertising as the huge numbers of Chinese internet users becomes more widely known. For Accordions Worldwide the growth of Chinese readership has continued very strongly and events such as the hugely successful 2011 Coupe Mondiale in Shanghai, China have further promoted accordion and internet communications to accordionists within China. Major international events in China and internet coverage have also helped European accordion factories (including Roland) to enjoy strong growth in the Chinese market in recent years. |
