The event began with an opening concert by the Guardia Nueva Orchestra (conducted by Raimo Vertainen) and the Central Ostrobothnia Chamber Choir, who performed Argentinian Martín Palmer's composition “Misa a Buenos Aires”.

In addition to concerts, the event featured a Winter Harmony Seminar "Can music be an ambassador of equality?" at the Central Ostrobothnia Conservatory. The concert, which featured additional works by J.S. Bach and Reinhold Gliére, was broadcast live on YLE Radio 1. The concert will be available on YLE Arena until March 17th, 2024. https://areena.yle.fi/podcastit/1-67590395
