Mumford & Sons' Ted Dwane in Hospital, Texas - USAby Harley Jones |
Hugely popular English group Mumford & Sons' who frequently feature accordion, have had to cancel at least 3 fully sold out concerts in the USA because their bass player Ted Dwane has a blood clot on his brain. The 28-year-old was hospitalised on the 10th June and a scan revealed he will have to undergo emergency surgery. The band includes: Marcus Mumford (lead vocals, guitar, mandolin, drums,), Ben Lovett (vocals, accordion, keyboards, drums), and Winston Marshall (vocals, banjo, guitar, resonator guitar). The group are rescheduling the cancelled concerts and hope to continue with the rest of their summer shows. All at Accordions Worldwide hope that Ted Dwayne is soon restored to full good health. |
