 The American Accordionists' Association (AAA) has an exciting list of events planned for 2016, including:Coupe Mondiale Qualifying: Saturday April 2nd, 2pm, Hanover Marriott, 1401 Route 10 East, Whippany, NJ 07981. Rules and regulations can be viewed at: Coupe Mondiale Entry forms at: AAA The 2016 Coupe Mondiale will be held for the first time in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, from September 11th to 17th. Elsie M. Bennett Composition Competition. For All Aspiring Composers! The AAA Announces new prizes and the Rules and Regulations are now online at: AAA. The final date for entries is June 1st 2016. Lifetime Achievement Award for Mario Tacca, April 17th, noon until 5pm sponsored by the AAA at the Colonial Terrace, Cortlandt Manor, NY. Full details and booking info at: AAA AAA ‘Buffalo SqueezeFest’ Festival and Competitions, July 6th to 10th, Buffalo, NY. The guest artists include Grayson Masefield, Cory Pesaturo, Ginny Mac, and Alexander Sevastien with Quartetto Gelato. The event includes Guy Klucevsek performing the World Premiere of his newly AAA-commissioned work for solo accordion at The Tralf on Friday July 8th.
