 The 4th Encuentro Mundial de Musicas de Acordeon takes place in Valledupar, capital of the province of Cesar, Colombia, on June 20th to 23rd 2012. The organizer is Lolita Acosta. The closing date for entries is April 19th 2012. Brazillian-born bayan player Oscar dos Reis will perform at this festival as a special guest. Oscar dos Reis (born 1960) began his studies with Antonio Carlos Cunha, and later studied in Moscow with Friedrich Lips and Wiatcheslav Semionov. He has also studied in Italy with Wladmir Zubitsky.
