 The Vardos Trio (which includes accordionist Sophia Chapman) performed a live concert at the Melbourne Recital Centre in Melbourne, Australia on July 31st, 2021. Their program was entitled “Journey through Eastern Europe” and the trio “delved into the great melting pot of music from Hungary, Romania and their neighbours, stirring up many delicious discoveries to savour.” Original arrangements of rarely heard songs about cooking and food provide a glimpse into the region’s wonderful culture.
