 Roland-USA has announced the finalists chosen to compete in the Roland-USA V-Accordion Festival, which takes place on Saturday September 18th at the Roland Corporation HQ in Los Angeles, California.The Grand Prize winner will win a Roland FR-7x accordion and a trip to Rome, Italy, to compete for the World Title on October 16th, and a prize of 5,000 Euros, at the 4th International Accordion Festival (Senior Soloist Division only). The Roland finalists are, in alphabetical order: Youth Division - Andre Fry, Johan Knoff, Hannah Jane Robbins, Kassandra Patterson, Daniel Pavlotsky Adult Division - Alicia Baker, Steven Gordon, Christopher Gorton, Svetlana Ivanchenko, Cassandra Nelson Reserves: Youth - John Moceo, Anthony Federici Adult - Alexei Bordei, Tatiana Semichastnova, Lou Fanucchi Roland is this year celebrating reaching the milestone of 10,000 V-Accordions sold worldwide since its launch in 2004.
