  Daily Reports will be online from the 6th August, for the Harbin 2014 China Summer International Accordion Art Week. Yuri Shishkin (picture left), one of Russia's most famous artists will be performing a concert at the Harbin Festival. Other guest artists will be announced shortly. CIA President Raymond Bodell is attending and will be Chairman of the Jury. This major accordion event is organized by the Peoples Republic of China Ministry of Culture and the Harbin Municipal People's Government, undertaken by Harbin Normal College, Harbin, China. Art Director is Prof. Wang Hongyu (picture right) and this accordion event is part of the 32nd China Harbin Summer Music Festival. Harbin was named a UNESCO City of Music in 2010.
