Weltakkordeontag (WAD) Galakonzert 2024, „Museum des mazedonischen Kampfes“ in Skopje - Nordmazedonienby Anica Karakutovska |

 Bereits zum 16. Mal unterstützte der mazedonische Akkordeonistenverband (MAA) „Ljubiteli na klasichna muzika“- Skopje das internationale Projekt der CIA „6. Mai - Weltakkordeontag (WAD)“ mit verschiedenen spannenden Musikveranstaltungen. Lesen Sie den vollständigen Fotobericht zu diesem Konzert mit vielen Bildern unter: 2024Macedonia.Der Verein organisierte ein Konzert anlässlich dieses internationalen Ereignisses und des Geburtstags des Akkordeons. Das WAD-Konzert fand am 20. Mai im „Museum des mazedonischen Kampfes“ in Skopje statt. Das WAD-Konzert wurde wegen der Osterfeiertage verschoben, die in diesem Jahr mit dem 6. Mai zusammenfielen, an dem wir traditionell den Geburtstag des Akkordeons feiern. Wir waren dann froh, unser treues Publikum für das WAD-Konzert am 20. Mai gewinnen zu können. Bild links: Präsidentin der MAA Prof.Zorica Karakutovska. Weitere Organisatoren des Konzerts waren Vizepräsidentin Bete Ilin und PR-Managerin Anica Karakutovska. Moderiert wurde die Veranstaltung vom beliebten mazedonischen Moderator Ognen Janeski. Das WAD-Galakonzert hat sich in den letzten Jahren zu einem wichtigen und prestigeträchtigen kulturellen und künstlerischen Ereignis im Land und auch im Ausland entwickelt, da das Konzert von einem nationalen Fernsehsender weltweit übertragen wird. Bei dem Konzert traten renommierte Künstler und Akkordeonstudenten aus der Klasse von Prof. Zorica Karakutovska mit Werken von Viatcheslav Semionov, Vladimir Zubitsky, Bete Ilin, Piazzolla, Strauss usw. auf. Bei dem Konzert traten neben den solistischen Darbietungen auch Akkordeon-Kammermusik-Ensembles sowie Kammermusik-Ensembles, bestehend aus Akkordeon und anderen Instrumenten, auf. Der Saal war mit einem sehr begeisterten Publikum besetzt, das wirklich emotional reagierte und die Musiker mit wohlverdientem Applaus belohnte. Das folgende Bild zeigt den prächtigen Saal. | Im Jahr 2029 feiert das Akkordeon sein 200-jähriges Bestehen. Die Accordion Lovers Night ist ein Konzert, das die letzten sechs Jahre erzählt. Es ist ein Ort, an dem junge Menschen die Möglichkeiten dieses Instruments erkunden und sich der Herausforderung stellen können, neue Musik zu lernen. Dieses Festival findet nur einmal alle 200 Jahre statt. Lasst uns gemeinsam einen Riesenspaß haben! Das Konzert Accordion Lovers Night Vol. 1 findet am 7. Juli 2024 ab 17.30 Uhr im Kleinen Saal des Tokyo Bunka Kaikan in Tokyo, Japan, statt und wird von Tokyo Onkyo organisiert. Zu den Künstlern gehören Coba, Charan Po Lantern, MeguRee, Oshidori, Tomomi Matsubara und Futa. |

  CIA-Generalsekretär Kimmo Mattila gibt bekannt, dass das Online-Anmeldesystem für den Coupe Mondiale 2024 jetzt für Anmeldungen zum 77. Coupe Mondiale auf der Seite mit den allgemeinen Wettbewerbsregeln für 2024 geöffnet ist: 2024CM-RulesCIA-Präsident Mirco Patarini lädt die fast 50 CIA-Mitglieder ein, Delegierte für den 152. Internationalen Delegiertenkongress zu melden, der zweimal in Castelfidardo tagt. Präsident Patarini bittet auch die Teilnehmer aller Nationen, ihre Meldungen rechtzeitig vor dem Anmeldeschluss einzureichen, um die Organisatoren bei der Vorbereitung eines sicherlich großartigen Coupe Mondiale zu unterstützen. Der 77. Coupe Mondiale wird vom 6. bis 10. September 2024 in Castelfidardo, Italien, stattfinden und von dem CIA-Mitglied Italian Accordion Culture (IAC) ausgerichtet. Die CIA-Ehrenvizepräsidentin für 2024, Federica Celesti, heißt alle nach Italien zu einem wunderbaren Wettbewerb und Musikfestival willkommen. Im Rahmen des Festivals werden folgende Wettbewerbe stattfinden: - 77. | Der 16. Akkordeon Musik Preis (AMP), der Jugendwettbewerb für Akkordeonisten bis 27 Jahre, veranstaltet vom Deutschen Harmonika-Verband e.V. (DHV), fand vom 10. bis 12. Mai 2024 in Ettlingen statt. Das Schloss Ettlingen bot den insgesamt 160 Teilnehmern hervorragende Bedingungen. Der Wettbewerb stand unter der Schirmherrschaft des Ministerpräsidenten des Landes Baden-Württemberg, Winfried Kretschmann. Drei Tage lang stellten sich die Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in verschiedenen Besetzungen und Kategorien den 13 Juroren aus ganz Deutschland und der Schweiz und boten Musik auf höchstem Niveau.  Video: Die XVI. „Akkordeontage“ und die „Akkordeon-Euro-Coupe“, die vom 18. bis 22. April in Bijeljina, Republik Srpska, Bosnien und Herzegowina, stattfanden und von Slavisa Peric organisiert wurden, werden in einer kurzen Filmdokumentation vorgestellt, die vom Organisationsteam produziert wurde. Der Film zeigt die fesselnden Darbietungen, den kulturellen Austausch und die begeisterte Teilnahme von Musikern aus verschiedenen Ländern. Er enthält auch Interviews mit den Künstlern und Highlights aus den Meisterkursen, die während des Festivals stattfanden. | Akkordeonisten werden auf dem Rantaraitti Soi Festival auftreten, das vom 6. bis 9. Juni 2024 in Espoo, Finnland, stattfindet. Die Kammermusikkonzerte werden an der Küste von Espoo stattfinden und sich auf Open-Air- und Überraschungskonzerte konzentrieren. Bei allen Konzerten wird Musik aus verschiedenen Epochen zu hören sein, und auch die Gitarren- und Akkordeonmusik wird gefeiert. Zu den Akkordeonisten gehören Ella Koura und Sini Ström. Überraschungskonzerte finden entlang der Rantaraitti-Wanderroute statt, ein Mittagskonzert in Tarvaspää im Hof des Gallen-Kallela-Museums und Freiluftkonzerte in der Gegend von Suur-Espoonlahti. Ein traditionelles Abschlusskonzert findet am 9. Juni in der Kirche von Espoonlahden Kirkko (Espoonlahti) statt. Der Eintritt zu den Konzerten ist frei. | The Accordionists & Teachers Guild, International (ATG) is pleased to announce it has been approved by the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) for a Grants for Arts Projects award of $10,000. This grant will support the 2024 Festival and will help bring world class performers to play in concerts, open to the public, during the July 23rd to 27th Festival in Kansas City. Spanning five days of festivities, the ATG Festival will showcase the incredible versatility and artistry of the accordion, drawing participants and performers from not only the United States and Canada but from around the world. Audiences can expect to be treated to a breathtaking array of performances that will redefine their perceptions of the accordion. “The Accordionists & Teachers Guild, International is an 80 plus year old organization founded on the basic principle of promoting excellence in accordion education and performance,” says Mary Ann Covone, president of ATG. “During the last several years, ATG has had a wider reach due to a steadily growing membership and online presence. We are very grateful to the NEA for this assistance. We will continue our efforts to promote excellence in playing and teaching all genres of music striving to make our programs accessible to all accordionists and students through online workshops and presentations in addition to our live performances and workshops at our annual Festival." One of the highlights of the festival will be a monumental accordion orchestra featuring 90 players, demonstrating the power and grandeur of this beloved instrument. Additionally, attendees can immerse themselves in an enchanting evening of tango music where the accordion takes center stage in bringing this passionate dance form to life in unexpected ways. Orchestra director, Joan Sommers notes, “The ATG deserves this award. The organization has been working diligently to help accordionists of all levels improve their skills as educators or performers and to share important musical experiences with others. This NEA award will assist the ATG in continuing these efforts." “Projects like ATG’s exemplify the creativity and care with which communities are telling their stories, creating connection, and responding to challenges and opportunities in their communities—all through the arts,” said NEA Chair Maria Rosario Jackson, PhD. “So many aspects of our communities such as cultural vitality, health and wellbeing, infrastructure, and the economy are advanced and improved through investments in art and design, and the National Endowment for the Arts is committed to ensuring people across the country benefit.” In total, the NEA will award 1,135 Grants for Arts Projects awards totaling more than $37 million as part of its second round of fiscal year 2024 grants. |

 Gilbert Reyes Jr., has been selected for induction into the Texas Conjunto Music Hall of Fame as part of the 2024 class. This prestigious honor recognizes Gilbert’s long dedication to the regional conjunto music genre, and the substantial impact he has made within this vibrant musical tradition. Gilbert Reyes is the Hohner Accordion U.S. Brand Manager. The induction ceremony will take place on July 27th, 2024, at the ABC Event Center in San Benito, Texas, USA. Attendees will enjoy a live performance by conjunto pioneer Ruben Garza y Su Conjunto, presented by Betancourt Ventures LLC Productions-Wrecking Crew Jams Dance Hall Series. |

 A new Beach Festival “Almere Speelt” will be held in Almeerderstrand in Almere, Flevoland, Netherlands on June 29th, 2024 from 11am to 11pm.The festival will feature jazz and classical music performances, a children’s theatre, art, dance and lots of fun. “Black Pencil” which includes accordionist Marko Kassl (picture right) will entertain at the festival.
