| ‘The Water Jug’ (‘La Giara’), a novel by Patricia Haddad King, will be presented on Friday March 31st, 8pm, at World Cafe Live, 3025 Walnut St, Philadelphia, with the new book release and signing. The evening includes a musical drama based on the book set in concert form and merges Italian folk music, jazz and opera, with a Brazilian Choro influence. It is a true story beautifully written about the family of Patricia Haddad King. Joseph Soprani has added accordion in many of the selections where appropriate.
