  La 2020 China Harbin Summer International Accordion Art Week è ospitata dal Ministero della Cultura e del Turismo della RPC e dal governo popolare municipale di Harbin, condotto dalla Harbin Normal University, Harbin, Cina.L'evento fa parte del 35° China Harbin Summer Music Festival. Harbin è stata nominata Città della Musica dall'UNESCO nel 2010. Harbin diventa "la capitale della musica" dal 27 al 31 luglio 2020, con alcuni dei migliori fisarmonicisti che suonano e si esibiscono nella Concert Hall della Harbin Normal University. Ci saranno concerti, workshop e un'importante competizione internazionale di fisarmonica.  Il 6° festival Philharmonika 2020 si terrà presso la Jesus Christus Kirche a Berlino-Dahlem il 19 gennaio 2020, organizzato dalla Pantonale Society.Il concerto di gala intitolato "Europa a Zehlendorf" includerà musicisti di fama internazionale che presenteranno un ampio programma dalla musica classica e temporanea al jazz e al folklore, a partire dalle 18:00. Tra gli artisti figurano il fisarmonicista e compositore Gorka Hermosa con il suo trio Malandro Club (tromba, contrabbasso, fisarmonica - foto sotto), che vi trasporterà in un mondo diverso con la loro musica, Egle Bartkeviciute (Lituania), che impressionerà il pubblico con musica sperimentale oltre a interpretazioni eleganti ed emotive, Ryan Corbett (Scozia), Nikita Gestrich (Germania), Sergey Osokin (Russia - attualmente solista alla Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra - foto a sinistra), e Yuri Shishkin (artista onorato della Federazione Russa) promettono di essere i punti salienti del programma.  Come contribuisci alla Giornata Mondiale della Fisarmonica per promuovere la fisarmonica nel tuo paese? La giornata mondiale della fisarmonica è il 6 maggio, che è il giorno in cui la fisarmonica è stata brevettata nel 1829.Il World Accordion Day è stato avviato nel 2009 dalla CIA e ha avuto molto successo, generando molta pubblicità positiva per la fisarmonica. Una parte fondamentale di questo evento è il sito web del World Accordion Day. Ogni associazione, gruppo, orchestra, performer e insegnante, è invitata a sostenere attivamente questo evento incoraggiando le attività nazionali e locali della fisarmonica che si terranno nel loro paese in quel giorno o nel weekend del giorno della fisarmonica, se ciò dovesse essere più conveniente. Tutti possono registrare la loro attività per la Giornata Mondiale della Fisarmonica sul sito Web e inviare un report sul loro evento dopo, per quel sito Web. Nessun evento è troppo grande o troppo piccolo. TUTTI gli eventi della fisarmonica che celebrano la Giornata Mondiale della Fisarmonica sono i benvenuti. L'evento presenterà 7 giorni di musica e danza tradizionale irlandese con 40 artisti tra cui musicisti, ballerini ed esperti di musica, che arrivano da tutta l'Irlanda e l'Europa e 14 eventi.La famosa musicista irlandese pluripremiata Sharon Shannon (foto a sinistra) si esibirà sul palco principale il 23 gennaio. | Il XXXI 31° Festival Internazionale "Bayan and Bayanists" ha incluso alcune anteprime mondiali, tra cui due opere del compositore moscovita Roman Galiev. Un’opera è stata presentata la settimana scorsa. Questa settimana presentiamo "Portrait" per fisarmonica e viola solista, orchestra d'archi, pianoforte e due batterie. Il compositore condivide la sua energia infuocata con l'ascoltatore. Tutto il tessuto musicale della composizione è saturo di straordinaria gioia, un ritmo, una melodia. Il pezzo del concerto è stato eseguito da solisti: Arseniy Strokovskiy - fisarmonica. Michiru Soeda (Giappone) - viola, "Seasons" - - Moscow Chamber Orchestra, direttore Artista Onorato della Russia Vladislav Bulakhov. Il pubblico del festival ha accolto calorosamente gli artisti e ha elogiato la prima esibizione. Roman Galiev è stato chiamato sul palco, dove lui e i solisti hanno ricevuto fiori e regali. |

 La nuova creazione di Renzo Ruggieri è la sua composizione Tango Italiano (fisarmonica solista) con 5 diversi tipi di ensemble in un solo ebook, Catalogo rrenzo522, 149 pagine per soli 20 EUR.Le 5 versioni di ensemble sono: Fisarmonica e orchestra Orchestra di fisarmoniche e archi Fisarmonica e archi, sezione ritmica Fisarmonica e sezione ritmica aggiunto Piano ITA - Con Tango Italiano, ho voluto comporre un tango moderno con influenze jazz (nella 1° parte viene utilizzata un'armonia modale mentre la melodia centrale richiama la mia italianità). | The 2020 PIF Classic & Ensemble Composition for Accordion Competition is now open. This year the competition organisers have chosen an unprecedented, agile and highly contemporary formation. A modern rhythmic section combined with a section of standard woods to interpret the annual theme of the festival: “All the Colors of the World”. This subject was chosen to represent the evolution of the accordion in modern times and to encourage its integration in contemporary classical music. The regulation (while not distorting traditional writing), acts as a stimulus for new generations of composers to create new orchestrations and new sounds. Competition requirements: Instruments include: accordion, piano (electronic keyboard option), contrabass, percussion 1 (chosen by the composer), percussion 2 (chosen by the composer), flute (ottavino option), oboe, Bb Clarinet (sax option any type), horn in F and bassoon. The composer must take into account that the winning piece will be performed by the candidates admitted to the third round of the classic award category (2020). Duration: must be between a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 minutes Must contain at least one part “solo” for accordion. Soloists will perform only one rehearsal with the orchestra before the final performance There are no registration fees. Composers are invited to enter online on the PIF site by April 20th, 2020 in PDF format (score WITHOUT NAME OF THE AUTHOR and score WITH NAME, the detached parts will be requested later) and an MP3 audio demo performed live or through music software. If the piece is composed by several artists, the recording must be made in the name of the main composer, indicating all the other names on the score.  Accordionist Sylvia Pagni performed a concert entitled “Amami a Swing Project” at the Teatro Manzoni in Milan on January 7th, 2020.The concert, which was well received by the audience, included pieces from her upcoming CD “Sylvia Pagni Amami a Swing Project” which will be released this year, thanks to the collaboration of musicians Giorgio Secco, Fabio Crespiatico, Max Furian, Mark Harris, Gabriele Comeglio, Raffaele Kohler and Luciano Macchia. Sylvia Pagni opened the show with "The Flight of the Bumblebee", demonstrating her mastery on the piano by playing almost at the speed of Guinness World Records. She then continued with "Ping and Pong" (a fast paced swing piece), then "Needless Solitude – Love Me" (Bepop). Sylvia Pagni also sang along with two choristers Antonio Galbiati and Deborah Falanga who gave a swinging and sensual interpretation of Jessica Rabbit and Diana Krall styles. Sylvia Pagni then recalled her time at the "Teatro La Scala in Milan" by playing two pieces of classical music on the piano before leaving the stage. She then reappeared with her accordion to play “Libertango” and “Oblivion” (by Piazzolla) before once again returning to the piano to play "Musica Musica". Sylvia Pagni and her musicians (pictured below) were overcome with emotion amid the standing ovation and pleasure the audience showed at their performance. |

| The 35th annual 2020 Illawarra Folk Festival began on January 16th at the Show Pavilion, Princes Highway Bulli, NSW in Australia and will run until January 20th organised by the Illawarra Folk Club. The event will include performances by international and national artists. “Jaga Band” (pictured above), which includes accordionist Tatjana Marx will entertain on January 17th. The group is an Australian fresh minded multicultural ensemble that play popular Eastern European melodies with a focus on Carpartian melodies from Ukraine, but also include Hungarian, Jewish, Slovak and Romanian songs and dances.  The 48th Kleine Tage der Harmonika (Small Days of the Accordion) regional competition will be held in Klingenthal, Germany from February 29th to March 1st, 2020.The event is to encourage young accordionists 19 years and under from the Free States of Saxony, Thuringia and Bavaria, from the Czech Republic and various host states to meet and demonstrate their skills in fair competition and to gain competition experience.
