Rara collezione di fisarmoniche in vendita - Italiaby Kevin Friedrich |
 Dopo la triste scomparsa del famoso collezionista, Fermo Galbiati (foto a sinistra), direttore del Galbiati Miscellaneous Museum di Brugherio, nel 2018 la sua preziosa collezione di fisarmoniche viene venduta ad acquirenti e collezionisti interessati."The Galbiati Miscellaneous Museum" aprì nel 1950 e la sua passione per il collezionismo includeva biciclette, fisarmoniche, fonografi, dischi e altro ancora. La collezione di biciclette ha tracciato l'intera evoluzione storica delle due ruote, attraverso esemplari rarissimi, biciclette militari e professionali, biciclette provenienti da diversi paesi e produttori. La sua collezione di fisarmoniche presentava 300 strumenti di produzione, tra cui prototipi, modelli di bandoneòn, varianti di tastiera, concertine meccaniche e altre bellissime fisarmoniche che coprono più di 100 anni di produzione. Molti degli strumenti erano appartenuti a famosi maestri, che li avevano costruiti con applicazioni tecniche personalizzate. C'erano anche fonografi e grammofoni (tutti funzionanti) e una collezione di 10.000 dischi d'epoca, dal 78 giri in poi. Aveva anche una collezione intitolata "Oggetti misteriosi" composta da 600 strumenti di lavoro dei tempi passati, che per noi oggi sono oggetti difficili da decifrare e il pubblico è stato invitato a indovinarne gli usi. La sezione "A Little Bit Of Everything" ha completato la sua collezione del Museo, comprendente oggetti di epoche passate come proiettori cinematografici, lanterne magiche, misure per solidi e liquidi, macchine da scrivere, giocattoli, organi a botte e altre curiosità varie. Alla scomparsa del signor Galbiati, il sindaco Marco Troiano ha dato la notizia: "Brugherio perde il suo famoso "Collezionista di collezioni", conosciuto in tutto il mondo!" La vendita della collezione di fisarmoniche è gestita da Victoria Arts & Crafts a Milano, Italia. | Il XXIII Concorso Internazionale di Giovani Interpreti intitolato ad Anatoly Kusyakov si terrà presso il Conservatorio di Stato di Rostov. S.V. Rachmaninov, nella città di Rostov-on-Don, Russia, dal 31 marzo al 5 aprile 2023. Il concorso è aperto a studenti delle scuole superiori di scuole di musica per bambini, scuole d'arte per bambini, college con 11 anni di istruzione, studenti di scuole di musica, scuole d'arte, studenti universitari, concertisti, insegnanti di varie istituzioni educative, istituzioni educative e culturali della Federazione Russa, nonché rappresentanti di paesi vicini e lontani all'estero. La registrazione dei partecipanti si terrà il 31 marzo nell'atrio del conservatorio dalle 9:00 alle 16:00. Il sorteggio dei concorrenti si terrà online. Le lezioni del concorso inizieranno il 1° aprile 2023 alle ore 10:00 nella Sala da Camera del Conservatorio.  CNIMA diretto da Nathalie Boucheix terrà un workshop di fisarmonica sotto la guida di Olivier Douyez dal 20 al 24 febbraio 2023.Olivier Douyez è professore di fisarmonica presso il Conservatorio Reale di Mons in Belgio.  Arseniy Strokovskiy ha partecipato al premio DAAD nel novembre dello scorso anno, vincendo il concorso dopo aver gareggiato con studenti internazionali dell'Università di Musica di Würzburg.Oltre alle sue prestazioni alla fisarmonica, la valutazione ha tenuto conto anche del suo ampio impegno sociale. Ai candidati è stato chiesto di scrivere una dichiarazione sulle loro attività sociali e interculturali. Arseniy ha scritto dei suoi concerti in case di cura, ospedali, scuole e prigioni tedesche e della sua partecipazione a diversi festival di beneficenza. Arseniy Strokovskiy ha iniziato a suonare la fisarmonica all'età di cinque anni e ha studiato dapprima all'Istituto Musicale Statale Schnittke di Mosca, prima di trasferirsi all'Università di Musica di Würzburg, dove ha completato il master nel 2019 nella classe del Prof. Stefan Hussong. Nel 2023 dovrebbe completare gli studi di perfezionamento, sempre nella classe del Prof. Stefan Hussong. Arseniy Storkovsky vanta numerosi successi in competizioni internazionali di altissimo livello (Klingenthal, Castelfidardo, Coupe Mondiale) e ha preso parte a molti progetti unici come SaxAkkord, un duo fisarmonica & sassofono con Ivan Dyma. Album disponibile: SaxAkkord Il Servizio tedesco per gli scambi accademici (DAAD) è un'istituzione comune delle università tedesche. Utilizza fondi pubblici per promuovere la cooperazione accademica internazionale, in particolare lo scambio di studenti e studiosi. Gli studenti stranieri che frequentano le loro università arricchiscono la comunità universitaria sia culturalmente che accademicamente. Per riconoscerlo, il DAAD mette a disposizione delle università fondi annuali per assegnare un premio agli studenti stranieri che si sono distinti per gli eccellenti risultati e il notevole impegno socio-culturale. |

 Zoe Tiganouria took part in a “Music Families” TV program EPT3 on the ERT3 entertainment television channel in Greece on January 13th, 2023.The show, presented by George Melikis featured Zoe’s family of musicians and the traditional songs she has composed for her island. Performing were Zoe on accordion, her father Dimitris (violin), her uncle George (accordion), uncle Stratis (lute), cousin Giota (santouri – hammered dulcimer) and cousin Pantelis (violin). |

| Tuulikki Bartosik will hold a concert to celebrate the release of her third solo album “Playscapes” at the Fotografiska Art Museum in Tallinn, Estonia on January 14th, 2023 at 7pm. The album will be released exclusively on vinyl in Estonia and Sweden on January 14th and digitally worldwide on January 21st, 2023. “Playscapes” is produced by Tuulikki Bartosik and Sander Mölder, mix and mastered by Siim Mäesalu, with cover art by Kristi Kongi. | The HHC Akkordeonorchester Grötzingen e. V. aims to take their audience on a trip to the UK with their concert entitled “A Night in Britain”. The event will be held at the Mehrzweckhalle in Aichtal-Grötzingen, Grötzingen, Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany on January 14th, 2023 at 7pm. The orchestra will perform music by British artists such as Phil Collins, Ed Sheeran and the Beatles as well as tunes from popular musicals and films such as Cats, the latest hit musical Hamilton and James Bond. In addition to popular music, there will also be guest musician, traditional Scottish bagpipe player Jürgen Schmidt and Irish tap dance group Rince Cara, who will present Irish folk dance in traditional and modern dance.   It has been 20 year since the Henry Girls released their debut album 'Between Us' (picture left), which they launched in McGrorys, Co.Donegal on January 24th, 2003. The group have announced: “To celebrate its release, and everything that came after, we are doing a special one-off concert featuring songs from the debut album, personal favourites from our 20 year span and also previewing songs from our soon to be released new album.” The concert will be held at the Colgan Hall (picture above right) in Carndonagh, Co.
