  Alfa TV in Finlandia, il 31 Agosto alle ore 20.30 ha incluso la popolare orchestra di tango Guardia Nueva in una trasmissione completa del loro concerto che ALFA TV ha registrato durante il Festival della Fisarmonica Kokkola in Finlandia, all'inizio di quest'anno.La reputazione internazionale di Guardia Nueva condotta sin dall 'inizio dal direttore musicale Raimo Vertainen (foto a destra), è cresciuta negli ultimi anni, con l'aggiunta di solisti incredibili e cantanti ben noti.  Il Prof. Li Cong è il fondatore del nuovo Shanghai Xuanjing Art Center, vicepresidente della Shanghai Musicians Association e l'ex preside del Music College della Shanghai Normal University (2008-2015).Sito web cinese: www.xuanjingart.com Informazioni in inglese: Xuanjing-English Il Prof. Li Cong ha anche guidato lo sviluppo del Xuanjing Art Center, per i giovani studenti e docenti in formazione. Si tratta di un progetto creativo per lezioni di musica private situato al 2° piano del Kai Yue Building, al centro di Shanghai. La struttura di oltre 1.200 metri quadrati, dispone di un ampio edificio, splendidamente decorato per essere attraente per i giovani e i genitori. Il Xuanjing Art Center ha aperto a Marzo 2016 e in pochi mesi, il centro ha attirato più di 600 alunni con una seconda location in fase di progettazione avanzata per l'apertura nel 2017. Ogni dettaglio è stato considerato per migliorare l'educazione dei giovani e delle strutture di formazione per gli insegnanti. Il Xuanjing Art Center ha un parcheggio auto di 2 ore per i genitori e le 20 moderne aule insonorizzate contengono una serie di attrezzature didattiche avanzate. Le due aree di insegnamento più grandi si uniscono per diventare una sala concerti da 100 posti con piena illuminazione e impianti audio. Nuove idee includono un sistema monitor video per la sala didattica in modo che i genitori in sala d'attesa possano vedere le lezioni dei loro figli e degli altri studenti mentre aspettano. Lo stesso sistema video consente che le lezioni dei docenti in formazione vengano monitorate e recensite dai Maestri Elite per garantire un rapido progresso di formazione degli insegnanti.   Sono Ruben Cittadini, il nuovo assessore alla cultura, al turismo, alle pari opportunità e alle politiche giovanili a “5 stelle” del comune di Castelfidardo, avrò l’onore e l’onere, nei prossimi 5 anni, di proseguire l’opera di divulgazione e promozione dello strumento musicale simbolo della regione Marche, la Fisarmonica.Vista l’entrata in corsa al PIF con la vittoria alle elezioni comunali, il mio compito principale sarà quello di coordinare la prima parte di lavoro svolta dalla amministrazione uscente e di conseguenza partecipare attivamente alla promozione, alla valorizzazione e alla gestione del Premio Internazionale della Fisarmonica 2016. Questa edizione vede come direttore artistico il bravissimo fisarmonicista Christian Riganelli che sta coordinando tutte le audizioni ed i concerti. Ho 41 anni, padre di due bambini e un amante da sempre della musica che mi ha accompagnato dalla più tenera età. Il mio passato è ricco di esperienze accademiche e professionali. Sono infatti laureato in Economia del Turismo, presso la facoltà di Rimini, sede distaccata di Bologna ed ho frequentato un master di primo livello in “Cultura e gestione degli spettacoli dal vivo” finanziato attraverso una borsa di studio Europea vinta nel 2003. Professionalmente ho lavorato come organizzatore di eventi, festival e rassegne, ho fatto il talent scout per alcune etichette e studi di registrazione, sono un dj e un ricercatore musicale, sono un operatore culturale. Negli ultimi anni mi sono specializzato nel web design, nuove tecnologie e sistemi di gestione (ISO). Lavorare per Castelfidardo ed i suoi cittadini, mi riempie di orgoglio, sono felice di questo incarico e metterò a disposizione della collettività e del territorio tutta la mia esperienza e passione. Una cosa che tenevo a dire è che qualche giorno prima del festival che si terrà dal 22 al 25 settembre 2016 verranno istituiti i cosiddetti “SOUND CORNERS”, angoli sonori, 5/6 spazi identificati tra porta marina ed il centro storico semplicemente delimitati da un semicerchio colorato a terra. Questa idea nasce dall’esigenza di evidenziare Castelfidardo come città della musica. E’ un progetto dedicato principalmente a musicisti e soprattutto fisarmonicisti ma tale spazio potrà essere usato da ogni genere di artista che voglia esibirsi e saranno attivi per tutto l’anno. Altri progetti sulla fisarmonica sono già in cantiere grazie anche al sostegno della regione Marche. Arrivederci quindi al PIF 2016 e se siete musicisti portate i vostri strumenti i “sound corrners” vi aspettano. |

| Students of Lou Jacklich, veteran performer, teacher, music arranger, band director, and electronic accordion pioneer artist of San Lorenzo, California (4th from the left in the photo) celebrated his 88th birthday a few days ago with an accordion birthday potluck party. Lou Jacklich’s career has been dedicated to the profession of the accordion and teaching over 1,000 students. He has toured the US and Mexico and was honored with the Art Van Damme Education Award at the 2016 Las Vegas Int’l Accordion Convention. In addition to food, wine and beer, students provided the accordion entertainment: as background music, strolling during the meal, performing solos, duets, and playing during the cake presentation. There was also a jam session with occasional singing. Some students brought music to share while others learnt to improvise when as the chords were announced - It turned out that ¼ jar of nuts makes a great makeshift rumba shaker!  An Akkordeon-Orchester Festival takes place this weekend, September 3rd and 4th, at the Stadthalle in Korbach, Germany. The orchestras performing include the 60 Jahre Akkordeon-Orchester Diemelspatzen e.V., the and the Akkordeon-Orchester Diemel Spatzen e.V.,11 Akkordeon-Orchester from Baden-Württemberg, Nordhein-Westfalen and Hessen. There are concerts on Saturday September 3rd, 3pm and 8pm, and on Sunday September 4th, at 10.30am – all in the Stadthalle.  Milan-based Belorussian accordionist Natalya Chesnova and vocalist Mireille Le Ben perform a programme of French songs in concert on Thursday September 8th, 9pm, at Casa di Pioggia, Bergamo, Italy. The concert is styled ‘A Montmartre Ce Soir!’Natalya Chesnova, now based in Milan, Italy, graduated from the Minsk Conservatory, Belorus, in 2004. She then worked as an accordion teacher in Minsk and as an accompanist for choreographers and dance teachers. Natalya was a member of the ensemble ‘Novyi Gorod’, who in 2001 obtained 3rd place in the competition ‘Golden Accordion’ in New York, 1st place at the International Competition in Castelfidardo, and performed dozens of concerts in all the states of the former Soviet Union, South Korea, Poland, Germany and Italy, and played in many broadcasts on radio and TV in Belarus. | On Saturday September 10th the trio Alte Kameraden perform at the annual Laconia (NH) Multicultural Festival, an event celebrating the rich cultural diversity of Laconia and the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. The trio will perform under the gazebo at Rotary Park in two time slots: 10.30-11am and 11.30am-12noon. The public is invited to attend. Alte Kameraden seeks to recreate die Gemütlichkeit – that indescribable experience of comfort, good humor, warm ambiance, and boisterous conviviality – found in Bierhallen (beer halls) throughout Germany.  An ‘Homage to Gus Viseur’ Accordion Festival takes place on Sunday September 11th, 11am until 7pm, at the Cour de l’ Hopital Notre Dame a la Rose, Rue des Fils Aymon, 21-7860, Lessines, Belgium. Guest accordionists include Armand Gerard, Erika Honorez, Patricia Crolbois, Anthony Basilico, Guy Denys, and Jo Destre.Gus Viseur (1915-74), born in Belgium, in the 1930s became one of the leading accordionists in the musette scene then flourishing in Paris. He had a love of playing jazz on the accordion, and occasionally performed and recorded with Django Reinhardt and the Quintet of the Hot Club of France, and in the post-war years also played bebop. He also accompanied Edith Piaf. |
