Giuliano CAMELI Diatonic Accordion World Champion (1988)

...fell in love with the small diatonic accordion when he was only four years old, immediately showing his talent for playing the instrument. Cameli later went on to win all the Italian Diatonic accordion competitions.
In addition to the Diatonic instrument, Cameli studied both Piano and
Chromatic accordions, and after several years of study began composing for the accordion.
In 1984 he wrote his first book for two and four bass Diatonic accordions, along with other music collections, all of which are published by MC "BERBEN" Ed.
Castelfidardo, Italy, the accordion capital of the world, named Cameli the "Prince" of the Diatonic Accordion, and also appointed him "WorldAmbassador" for the Diatonic Accordion.

ln 1988 Cameli won the World Diatonic Accordion Championship hosted by the C.D.M.I. and C.M.A. (now A.M.I.S.A.L.). The following year he was invited to South Africa for a concert in Johannesburg.
He is also a featured TV artist in the World Festival of Nations, transmitted worldwide, particularly in Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Egypt, Mexico, Spain, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Venezuela and Canada.
In 1994 Cameli created the “GIU-CAM” system; the smallest complete professional instrument on the market.
It is an extraordinary Diatonic accordion, made according to Cameli’s plans.
In 2004 he launched a new generation of Diatonic Accordions with 2-4 Registers of up to 12 basses and relative minors in collaboration with the Beltuna Company and uses the Musictech Q-Link Midi System and MT03-D Microphones in his accordion
