On behalf of the BCA Board of Administration we would like to Congratulate all the contestants who have participated in this 3rd BCA International & National online festival particularly the 1st Place prize winners in each category. With contestants in the 14 Categories coming many different countries including China, Moldova, Portugal, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, Germany, France, UK, Australia & Czech Republic - it truly represents the International spirit of the festival and our wonderful instrument.

Whilst a good number of Prizewinners received gold awards - particular mention must be made of the 1st Prizewinner in Category C - 15 years & under Classique - Maria Ines Vieira Ornelas from Portugal Who received an average score from the international jury of 97.5 - a truly wonderful result!

We would also sincerely record my sincere thanks Our Prseident of the 2023 Jury Wei Bijun and to all the 39 Jury members coming from 21 differnt countries for their efforts during this festival - they always work with such commitment to the Accordion.
