First to perform was international performer Lionel Reekie from New Zealand who quickly showed the audience why he has been so successful performing concerts, radio and TV in many parts of the world. |

Junior accordion ensemble “The Accordigles” was formed in 2008. The members are : Brendon Thai, Brendan Wang , Allen She, Kiara Thai, Marina Jin, Jessica Jin, Aleyah Ashimajy, Masud Ashmajy, Clarysa Panuccio ,Mihailo Jankovic, Dusko Lavrnja. Conductor and Musical Director is Tania Lukic- Marx. |

AATA President Tania Lukic-Marx officially closed the 2012 Australian International Accordion Championships and Festival with a speech thanking all those who had helped make the event possible.
Particularly thanked were parents, competitors, her committee, the adjudicators and a number of individual former students, all of whom were so important.
Tania welcomed everyone to return once again to the Marconi Club for Queens Birthday Weekend, early June in 2013. |
